ODI Global is seeking an outstanding Country Economist
ODI Global is seeking applications for a Country Economist (CE) to work closely with our partners at Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) in Uganda.
The role will primarily involve working effectively with analysts and policymakers in the
government of Uganda, through the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development
(MoFPED). The jobholder will conduct applied, policy-relevant analysis, be involved in rigorous
research projects and dissemination, and work with partners to embed new analytical processes.

The CE will be based in Kampala, embedded in the Tax Policy Department of the MoFPED.
